What can I get status updates for?


Domestic Status

Information received We've received your freight documentation and are processing your booking
Picked up Your freight has been picked up
In Transit Your freight has been loaded onto a truck and has departed from the sending branch
At Delivery Depot Your freight has arrived at the delivery branch
On Delivery Vehicle Your freight has been loaded onto a delivery vehicle and is out for delivery
Delivered Your freight has been delivered
Not Out For Delivery (not notifiable) Used to group events which result in the freight being undeliverable.


Warehousing Status

Inwards received We have received the advanced inward notification of your incoming freight 
Inwards order finalised  Your incoming freight has been physically unloaded and receipted
Inwards Complete Your freight has been processed and now available as stock on hand
Order Received We have received your sales order despatch advise
Picking Started We have started processing your order
Order Picking We are physically picking the order and getting it ready for despatch
Order Complete We have finalised the order and it is now ready for delivery
Order Departed Your sales order is out of our warehouse on its way to your customer


Air & Ocean Status

Order Confirmed We have received confirmation of your order
Booking Confirmed Your booking has been confirmed with the airline or shipping line
Picked Up Your freight has picked up from the supplier at origin
Export Customs Cleared Your freight has been cleared for export from your local government office
Departed from Origin Your freight has departed (or due to depart) on the vessel or aircraft from the origin or tranship point
Shipment Invoiced We have invoiced your shipment, and able to provide you an electronic version of the invoice
Arrived at Destination Your freight has arrived (or due to depart) on the Vessel or Aircraft at the destination or tranship point
Available From The wharf or depot where your freight will be available from (subject to local government clearances)
Cargo Available Your freight is available from the wharf or depot (subject to local Government clearances)
Customs Cleared Your freight has been cleared for import from your local government office
Storage Commenced When your freight will start to incur storage charges at either the wharf or depot
Delivered Your freight has been delivered
