Service Announcement | Shanghai, China - Important Notice during China International Import Expo

China International Import Expo will be held in Shanghai from 5th November to 10th November. During the period, there are some temporary restrictions on import and export goods. The notice and guides are as below.

• From 00:00 23rd October to 24:00 12th November, suspend transportation of Class I (explosion goods), Class 6.1(poison goods), Class 7 (Radioactive material) and relate to guns and ammunition shipment. For other categories of dangerous goods, please try to arrange shipment after 12th November. Relating to surface road transport requirements, pls refer to local Government Announcement No. 16 [2018].
• The customs inspection rate is improved, and stricter. Please make sure that the data are correspond between invoice/packing list and actual goods. Moreover, the HS code must be classified correctly.
• Strengthen the accuracy of warehouse receipt of imported goods and speed up the flow of goods (including 72 hours of customs clearance)
• If it is made of wood, please make sure the IPPC mark meets the requirements.
