An article written in the Australian Financial Review this week, discussed the COVID-19 wage subsidies in Australian and New Zealand, singling Mainfreight out as a company that had chosen to return the New Zealand Government subsidy despite qualifying for it.

Mainfreight’s performance in the early weeks of the pandemic meant that we felt we were in a position to return the subsidy.
