Emergency Road Closures - Bushfires January 2013

Please be aware due to the current bushfires there have been road closures on our roads.

These road closures will have effect on our arrival times and potential departures times.

  • Due to bushfires on the South Coast NSW region the Princess Highway between Wandean Rd and Bendalong Rd, with Nerriga Rd also being closed.
  • Both directions on the Hume Highway are closed near Tarcutta.
  • Albury Roads - bushfiresRoads around Snake Valley just outside of Ballarat have also been closed due to fires.
  • Kings Hwy to Braiwood Rd and Coutegany Rd between Numeralla and Braidwood have been closed.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times and will be updating our website with updates as they come through.

The current bushfires in the Gippsland (VIC) region are affecting the roads, we are making every endeavour to minimise the imapct of this on our deliveries where it is safe to do so, however we will not be able to service these areas today 18/01/2013

Smoke and ash from the bushfire can be seen from these location and many areas are being evacuated.

  • Maffra
  • Rosedale
  • Stratford
  • And all adjoining towns in the area

Two of our drivers properties are located in the affected areas and therefore were unavailable for work, as a result we are slightly behind with deliveries in Cowes and Pakenham area. We have replacement vehicles and will try and minimise the imapct as much as possible.
