Protests in Thailand

Anti-government protesters in Bangkok, Thailand have announced they will begin a city wide "shut down" on January 13th. It is likely that this will affect government channels such as Customs Department of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Commerce. At this stage we have been advised this will not impact airports or sea ports, although other businesses closing may affect our ability to puck or deliver freight.
Led by political group, the People's Democratic reform Committee (PDRC), rally stages will be set up across Bangkok at 20 major intersections with the intention to disrupt the work of government officials and paralyse Bangkok.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and we will update you with information as it becomes available. If you require any further information please contact our team.
